The muse, beautiful, gorgeous Isabeli Fontana becomes a successful attorney for Dona Karan’s fall 2011 film campaign. I love the model, but did not like the idea of the film Mrs. Karen really believes that her consumers, business women, will be projected themselves in Isabeli, an “unreal” foxy? They tried too hard.

On the other hand the video made by Vogue about Sarah Jessica Parker’s new movie I Don’t Know How She Does, in which the star plays a married woman, with kids and successful career, goes round the same theme in a much more appealing and down to earth way. With interviews, Carrie’s SJP’s own, and other women who have children and a brilliant career, the video was more attainable!

Adoro a modelo, mas não gostei da ideia do filme, não deu pra sonhar. A Mrs. Karen acredita mesmo que suas consumidoras, mulheres de negócio, vão se projetar na Isabeli, um mulherão, caído do céu? Já o video feito pela Vogue sobre o novo filme da Sarah Jessica Parker I Don’t Know How She Does It, no qual a estrela interpreta uma mulher casada, com filhos e bem sucedida profissionalmente, trata do mesmo tema de uma maneira bem mais “atraente” e pé no chão. Com entrevistas, da própria Carrie SJP, e outras mulheres que têm filhos e uma carreira brilhante, o video ficou mais atingível!

Same Old Chic Black Swan in Swarovski

This weekend finally saw the Black Swan without delay the film is beautiful, the soundtrack is engaging, Natalie Portman is divinely “troubled”, and costumes designed by the Rodarte sisters are wonderful, I especially liked the black tutu, used when Nina, Portman’s character, is turned into a black swan. The design project of the film had the participation of Swarovski, who lent beautiful chandeliers that gave the tone in the scenes under the stage, the crystals were also used in the beautiful dress that Nina uses to be presented as a main ballerina of the academy which she is part, and of course brightens the feathers costumes.

Esse final de semana finalmente assisti Cisne Negro, sem delongas o filme é belíssimo, a trilha sonora é envolvente, Natalie Portman esta divinamente “perturbada”, e o figurino desenhado pelas irmãs da Rodarte são maravilhosos, eu gostei principalmente do tutu preto, usado quando Nina, a personagem de Portman, está se transformando em num cisne negro. O projeto de design do filme contou com a participação da Swarovski, que emprestou lindos chandeliers que deram o tom nas cenas sob o palco, os cristais também foram lindamente usados no vestido que Nina usa para ser apresentada como a bailarina principal da academia da qual faz parte, e claro dá brilho aos figurinos de penas.

Same Old Chic Revolutionary Road

I might be a year and a few months delay on the premier of the movie Revolutionary Road, but only today I had the pleasure of watching this cinematographic master piece. Living an empty life in the suburb, and when facing to be what they despise, Frank and April Wheeler, decide to move to Paris in search of a more lively future. This movie captures the inside of existential problems, and even you might have felt this way before. Based in deep dialogues Kate Winslet and Leonardo DiCaprio’s performance are absolutely impressive. The costume design, by Albert Wolsky, is worth of the word impeccable! The look at the beach scene seems to me to be much fitted on the latest trends.

Posso estar atrasada em um ano e alguns meses na estréia do filme Foi Apenas Um Sonho, mas só hoje tive o prazer de assistir essa obra prima cinamatográfica. Vivendo uma vida vazia, no subúrbio, e, diante de ser o que eles desprezam, Frank e April Wheeler, decidem se mudar para Paris em busca de um futuro mais vivaz. Este filme captura problemas existenciais que até  mesmo você pode ter sentido antes. Baseada em diálogos profundos entre Kate Winslet e Leonardo DiCaprio, o desempenho da dupla é absolutamente impressionantes. O figurino, por Albert Wolsky, vale a pena usar a palavra impecável! O look  da cena da praia parece um editorial com as últimas tendências.
