Just before the New York fashion week the duo Lazaro Hernandez and Jack McCollough, Proenza Schouler’s designers, participated in a conference organized by the Independent Fashion Bloggers– which by the way produces very interesting content related to fashion & blogs. The talk was led by Imran Amed, of the important Business of Fashion, discussed about the importance, and also the problems, related to blogs and social media.

Target has a new taskwork for its GO International line, a re-edition of 34 dresses, the greatest hits, of 17 designers who have collaborated with Target over the five years of GO International. The designers chosen for the re-issue are still secret, but Luella Bartley, Tara Jarmon, Paul & Joe, Behnaz Sarafpour, Proenza Schouler, Libertine, Alice Temperley, Erin Fetherston, Jovovich-Hawk, Rogan, Richard Chai, Jonathan Saunders, Thakoon, Tracy Feith, Rodarte, Zac Posen and Tucker are among the names being considered. The dresses arrive at Target stores in March.

Style.com is celebrating it’s 10^th anniversary this week. To make the date memorable, 10 designers wore invited to create a limited edition of t-shirts. The first five tees wore by Lanvin, Alex Wang, Givenchy, Proenza Schouler, and Balmain, they’ll be for sale at Style.com on September 16 for $45, and part of the money raised will go to Computers For Youth.
